Refund policy
You have the right to return any item within 20 days from date you received it.
Please contact us with your order number so we can authorise your return, if goods are returned without authorisation there may be a delay in the processing of your refund.
Goods must be returned in exact same condition as you received and in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure goods do not arrive back damaged. If goods are damaged, show signs of use or not in the original condition you will not be eligible for a refund.
Our team will inspect the return and issue a refund back via the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 days for credit card payments to appear in your account.
You are responsible for return costs, these are not refunded. We do not issue return labels.
If the return is due to a mistake of ours or the goods are faulty, we will cover all costs and arrange return label.
